Extractors in the house are automatic and in living areas and bathrooms the windows need not be opened for fresh air.
For arrival the doors are open with door-stops, for full fire safety allow doors to self close.
From North or South exit M6 J34 for Morecambe/ Heysham, and follow the bypass - Bay Gateway - towards Morecambe/Heysham. After about 2 miles (and a mini roundabout) filter right for Morecambe at the large traffic light junction. Turn right and go 3/4 mile straight over both first and second and then smaller third roundabout. Lathom Ave is to right of traffic lights just before Sainsbury's. The house is the first on right and the right of the semi-detached houses.
