Bedding & towels 100% cotton (60C washed), Top quality pocket sprung mattress. Pillows are professional hotel pillows and each bed is dressed with a microfibre and a feather pillow, with protector.

Spacious, with a light airy feel, the bedroom 2 has a beautiful matching solid mahogany sleigh bed bedroom set. Atop is a king size Hypnos mattress and beautiful clean bedding. Ample storage space is found in the full wall cupboards where you will find a full length mirror. The west facing aspect catches the evening sunshine and sunsets.

On the second floor, our very large dormer loft room easily serves as a family style room. Both the King size bed and the double have top mattresses from John Lewis and Hypnos. Views East include half a mile of gardens towards Lancaster, the domed Williamson Memorial. A large wooden desk, with small mirror is perfect for makeup, and additional to dimmable ceiling lights are side table bedside lamps.

Our cleaning regime is very consistent and thorough, it is designed so you and your fellow guests have peace of mind.
All mattresses have multiple hygiene layers and under layers are refreshed to a schedule.
Layers include a full mattress zip wrap, waterproof layer, soft mattress protector or topper, cotton under sheet, and final under sheet, plus duvet cover and pillow cases.

Our standards for bedding are never, ever compromised!
Always hygienically clean and fresh for your stay.
All final bedding is freshly washed at 60 degrees C in a brand non-bio, whitener and conditioner.
Our laundry machines are A rated and tend to run on our solar, overnight off peak or using (Ripple) wind farm energy.
To minimise handling we iron only pillowcases.
